AEIN
Aide à l’Enfance de l’Inde et du Népal (AEIN) is a non-profit association active since 1967. Initially focused on India, AEIN expanded to Nepal, making it the main target country in 2021. Our vision is a world where solidarity prevails, ensuring equal rights and opportunities for all to actively shape their lives. Through partnerships and a holistic approach, we address key areas including education, health, sustainable agriculture, income generation, and human rights, targeting children, youth, women, farmers, and marginalised populations. Supported by the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the Ministry of Environment, our mission extends beyond aid, fostering awareness of global interdependencies.
WeConnect offers intergenerational coliving in Luxembourg. We help students find affordable accommodation by sharing a home with a host who has a room to rent. In fact, intergenerational cohabitation not only helps to provide accommodation and break solitude, but also creates strong bonds.

IAL partners with KJT (Kanner-Jugendtelefon) to ensure every child and young person has a voice. KJT offers free, confidential support to youth, parents, and professionals facing concerns, fears, or crises. Trained counselors provide guidance while maintaining anonymity, respect, and confidentiality. Individuals are empowered to make their own choices, with referrals available when needed. No issue is too small—seeking help is always the right step. Through this alliance, IAL reinforces its commitment to community well-being and mental health support.
